Our lives are almost entirely dependent on technology. We rely on it for everything from business to personal affairs. It comes with a plug in charger and will also operate on the internal battery. In addition, you can plug it to the computer using a USB cable to operate off the computer power. That seems to be a different connection based on the information displayed on the computer.

Verizon supplies a software download which serves as a dashboard for managing the wireless system. The software lets you track usage as well as access statistics about the connection.

So far service has been satisfactory, with usually a strong indicated signal. Speed is perceived as very fast at times and not as fast at others.

I did almost immediately have a battery charger problem and contacted Verizon by phone. The lady who helped me was very cordial. I decided to take the unit to a local Verizon store for repair or replacement. The problem was quickly identified and fixed.

This little Verizon wireless box has made rural internet much more usable for this heavy computer user. Productivity with the computer has soared.
